Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and develop content that appeals to our target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with our brand and marketing goals
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Optimize content for SEO and track and analyze its performance to make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new and innovative ideas into our content
• Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
• Work with various stakeholders to gather information and insights to develop content that resonates with our target audience
• Keep track of content metrics and provide regular reports to measure the success of content strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to develop multimedia content that enhances our brand's storytelling
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and make recommendations for incorporating them into our content strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search engines
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
• Proficient in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and analyze content performance
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with unique and engaging content ideas
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of brand messaging
• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia skills is a plus
