Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and curriculum development processes
Experience with digital tools and instructional technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
