Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop curriculum materials that align with educational standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.
Conduct research on current educational trends, best practices, and technology tools to inform curriculum design.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure student learning outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the instructional team to ensure the integration of curriculum materials and instructional practices.
Train and support teachers on the use of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary revisions to improve student learning outcomes.
Stay current on changes in educational policies and standards to ensure curriculum materials comply with regulations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines to ensure timely completion of curriculum materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to promote and market curriculum materials and programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in using technology tools for curriculum development and delivery.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box to design innovative curriculum materials.
Experience in training and supporting teachers preferred.
