Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Faleula, Samoa

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistical aspects of our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any potential shortages or delays to the appropriate teams
• Forecast demand and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
• Coordinate with transportation and shipping companies to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery of products
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations
• Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or inventory levels
• Communicate proactively with all relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing is a plus
