Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire production process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products.
Develop and implement production schedules and ensure that all timelines are met.
Monitor and maintain production budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials are obtained at the best price.
Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and other departments to ensure product designs are translated into production efficiently.
Oversee the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting production targets and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot any production issues and implement solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.
Continuously review and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production facility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production management.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and production processes.
Experience in sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers.
Proven track record of managing production budgets and meeting production targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production setting.
