Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of our food and beverage outlets. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for all food and beverage outlets
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed
• Manage inventory levels and control costs to ensure budget targets are met
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible pricing and quality of products
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote food and beverage offerings and attract new customers
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events and special promotions
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates and improvements
• Manage the budget for the food and beverage department, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and controlling costs
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
