Position: Curriculum Developer and Instructional Designer

Location: Himalaya Zenith Tech Academy Headquarters, Himalaya Zenith City, India

Overview: Himalaya Zenith Tech Academy is seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Developer and Instructional Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a leading educational institution, we are committed to providing our students with a cutting-edge and comprehensive curriculum. The Curriculum Developer and Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our curriculum remains up-to-date and engaging, while incorporating the latest instructional design methods and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum for various academic programs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze course content, and translate it into effective and engaging learning materials
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance curriculum design and delivery
• Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create interactive and multimedia learning experiences
• Design assessments and evaluations to measure student learning and effectiveness of curriculum
• Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to implement technology in course delivery and enhance the overall learning experience
• Create and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of curriculum development projects
• Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and instructional design methods to continuously improve curriculum design and development processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational or training setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies
• Proficiency in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems and other educational technologies
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and incorporate new technologies and strategies into curriculum design
