Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse expenses.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure they are in good working condition.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with warehouse management software, such as WMS and ERP systems.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
