As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Resource Manager to join our team.

Overview: As a Water Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and management of water resources for our clients. You will work closely with engineers, scientists, and other professionals to provide technical expertise and guidance in the management and protection of water resources. You will also play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the sustainable management of water resources
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify current and future water resource needs
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and implement water resource management projects
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of water resource management plans and make recommendations for improvement
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organizations
• Provide technical expertise and support for permit applications, environmental impact assessments, and other regulatory processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to water resource management
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, hydrology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resource management
• Strong understanding of water resource management principles, regulations, and best practices
• Experience with data analysis and modeling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Project management experience is a plus
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) or Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) is a plus
