Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performance software applications using cutting-edge technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, reliability, and security of the software
Continuously improve and optimize existing software applications, and propose innovative solutions to enhance their performance and user experience
Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development, and incorporate them into the development process
Lead and mentor junior software engineers, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeline
Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support and assistance when needed
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain the overall quality of the codebase

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
Extensive experience with software development tools and frameworks, such as Angular, React, Spring, or Django
In-depth knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and database design principles
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development
