Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs that align with the company's goals and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to understand the needs and preferences of employees.
• Develop and execute wellness initiatives, such as fitness challenges, healthy eating programs, stress management workshops, and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate and promote wellness events, including health fairs, workshops, and seminars.
• Conduct regular health assessments and provide personalized recommendations to employees.
• Educate employees on the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and provide resources to support their wellness journey.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and feedback from employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, wellness management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing corporate wellness programs.
• Strong knowledge of wellness principles and practices, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the impact of wellness programs.
