Job Description: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Online Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Online Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online education programs to meet the needs of our diverse student population. This is a remote position that offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage online education programs, including creating course content, setting learning objectives, and designing assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date course content.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver online courses and track student progress.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to course content.
• Maintain and update online course catalog and course descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for online education.
• Provide technical support to students and instructors regarding the use of online learning platforms.
• Facilitate online discussions and virtual classroom sessions to engage and motivate students.
• Communicate with students and instructors via email, phone, and other online communication tools.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote online education programs and increase enrollment.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for online education growth.
• Assist with budget planning and management for online education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online education program development and management.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with marketing and promotion of online education programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with online learning trends and innovations is preferred.
