Position: Technical Consultant - Urban Insight

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team at Urban Insight. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights and recommendations to our clients in the urban planning and development industry. You will work closely with our team of urban planners, architects, engineers, and other consultants to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of urban development projects, including data collection, research, and evaluation of existing plans and policies.
• Utilize various software and tools to create visual representations of data and present findings to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with our team of experts to create comprehensive and innovative solutions for our clients.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during project implementation, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to junior consultants and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban planning, development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation using various software and tools.
• Strong understanding of urban planning principles, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.
