Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business trends and opportunities.

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Create ad-hoc reports and visualizations to support various business initiatives and projects.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
