Global Developing is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Data Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of raw data into meaningful and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data transformation strategies to support business objectives
- Manage a team of data analysts and engineers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data transformation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data transformation requirements
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of transformed data
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation for data transformation processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve data transformation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data transformation and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance data transformation capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data transformation or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
