Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include processing transactions, providing account information, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Conduct accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to bank procedures and policies
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial needs
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our various products and services
• Maintain a high level of knowledge on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and securely
• Process loan and credit card payments, as well as balance and replenish cash drawers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide excellent customer service
• Follow all security and compliance procedures to protect the bank and our customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
• 5 of experience in a customer service or cash handling role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in basic computer and math skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
