Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Trainer. As a Junior Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced trainers and gain hands-on experience in the field of training and development.Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior trainers in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior trainers to identify training needs and develop training materials
• Assist in delivering training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually
• Conduct training evaluations and gather feedback from participants
• Update and maintain training records and databases
• Support the implementation of new training initiatives and programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technologies
• Provide administrative support to the training department as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a training or teaching role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
• Passion for learning and development
