Job Title: Offshore Operations Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Offshore Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Offshore Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our offshore operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while adhering to company policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of offshore operations and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of offshore operations, including crew scheduling, vessel logistics, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Monitor and track vessel movements and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to offshore operations
• Train and mentor new team members on offshore operations processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of offshore operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to work in remote and offshore locations for extended periods of time
• Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET)
