Job Description: As a Satellite Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of satellite systems. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze satellite systems and provide technical support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of these systems. You will work closely with our engineering and IT teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the development and testing phases. In addition, you will be responsible for researching and implementing new technologies to improve the performance and capabilities of our satellite systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of satellite systems to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to develop and implement solutions for identified issues
• Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance the performance of satellite systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for satellite systems
• Participate in the design and development of satellite systems, ensuring they meet technical requirements and specifications
• Perform system testing and verification to ensure systems are functioning as expected
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in satellite technology
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users for satellite systems
• Participate in the development of proposals and bids for new satellite systems projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of satellite systems
• Monitor and analyze the performance of satellite systems and make recommendations for improvements
• Participate in training and mentoring junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in satellite systems analysis or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of satellite systems and their components
• Experience with satellite systems testing and verification
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
• Familiarity with satellite communication protocols and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
