Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement wireless networks, including access points, controllers, and network security protocols.
Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our wireless network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve any network issues and outages.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate our wireless network with other technologies and systems.
Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
Conduct regular network audits and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with the latest wireless network technologies and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with any wireless network-related issues.
Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Train and educate end-users on proper usage and best practices for our wireless network.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of wireless network protocols, standards, and security protocols.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex wireless network environments.
Certifications in wireless network technologies (e.g., CWNP, CCNA Wireless) are a plus.
