Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up industrial robots in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
Conduct routine maintenance on robots, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in robot systems
Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues
Keep detailed records of robot maintenance and repairs
Train and assist production staff on the proper use and maintenance of robots
Monitor robot performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize productivity
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and enhance robot performance
Stay up-to-date with advancements in robot technology and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
Comply with all safety regulations and protocols while working on robots

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in robotics or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with industrial robots
Strong understanding of robotic systems and programming, including knowledge of various robot brands and models
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing robotic malfunctions
Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when working with industrial robots
