Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients that effectively communicate the value of our outsourcing solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects.
Monitor and track KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and work with sales teams to generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or outsourcing role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex outsourcing solutions to clients.
Strong understanding of outsourcing processes, best practices, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
