Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding and attracting the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices and market trends
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate feedback, and extend job offers
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other external recruitment sources to attract top talent
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Passion for finding and attracting top talent and contributing to the growth of the company
