Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum and instructional materials for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and other stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback into curriculum development.
Conduct research on educational trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve curriculum and instructional materials.
Evaluate and revise existing curriculum to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
Provide training and support to educators on the implementation of new curriculum and instructional materials.
Monitor and analyze data to assess the impact of curriculum on student learning and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and other team members to produce engaging and interactive learning materials.
Develop assessments and rubrics to measure student learning outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with changes and advancements in the education field to inform curriculum development.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational standards.
Proficient in using educational technology, such as learning management systems and multimedia tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
