Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the correct automotive parts for their vehicles, including researching and sourcing hard-to-find parts
Provide accurate and timely price quotes and process orders for customers
Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of automotive parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping of automotive parts
Stay up-to-date on new and existing automotive parts and their applications, as well as industry trends and changes
Utilize various computer systems and software to track inventory, process orders, and communicate with customers
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related industry
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications, as well as familiarity with industry standards and practices
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse range of customers
Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physically able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment
