Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees, providing training and coaching as needed
Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Analyze data and provide reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to optimize warehouse processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles
Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
