Position: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products and materials meet the required quality standards before they are released for distribution. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming and outgoing materials, components, and finished products
• Verify that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Identify and report any deviations or defects in materials or products
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Utilize various inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in measurements
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and test results
• Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate departments and work together to find solutions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for process improvements
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Proficient in using various inspection tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is an asset
