Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As the Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for various educational programs. You will work closely with educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create and update curriculum for various educational programs
• Conduct research and analyze data to ensure curriculum is aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Develop learning objectives and instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Design and create instructional materials, such as lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources
• Implement quality control processes to ensure curriculum meets high standards of accuracy, effectiveness, and accessibility
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in educational technology to incorporate into curriculum development
• Train and support educators on the implementation of curriculum materials and instructional strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary revisions to continuously improve learning outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum materials are integrated into overall educational programs and initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and educational technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
• Proficient in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools
• Experience with learning management systems and other educational technology platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
