Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of construction sites, including coordinating and scheduling workers, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute project tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
• Train and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor and track project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems that may arise during construction, and develop solutions to minimize delays or setbacks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, including daily reports, time sheets, and material logs.
• Ensure all work is completed to meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment, and manage inventory to ensure timely and efficient project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure all workers are adhering to safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management is preferred.
