Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials that align with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and education. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum materials for various educational programs, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, and training programs.
• Conduct thorough research to identify learning objectives, content, and resources for each curriculum.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the curriculum meets the organization's goals and objectives.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences for learners.
• Incorporate diverse learning styles and instructional technologies into the curriculum to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary revisions.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain a project plan to ensure timely completion of curriculum development projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in curriculum development and education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing curriculum for online courses, workshops, and training programs.
• Proficient in using instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for curriculum development and education.
