Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Content Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and interactive e-learning content for our online training courses. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about creating high-quality e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop e-learning content that aligns with learning objectives and instructional strategies.
• Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Utilize multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and animations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Create assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners' understanding and retention of the material.
• Review and revise existing e-learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development to continuously improve our training materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and videos for our e-learning courses.
• Work closely with the learning management system (LMS) team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of e-learning content.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing e-learning content, preferably in a corporate training environment.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your e-learning development skills is highly desirable.
