About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our education program. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, managing program logistics, and overseeing program staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and innovative curriculum for our education program, tailored to meet the needs of our target audience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program objectives and goals are met
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the education program, including scheduling, logistics, and budget management
• Recruit, train, and oversee program staff and volunteers
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the program to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain accurate records and data related to the program, such as attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes
• Communicate regularly with program participants, parents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Collaborate with external partners and organizations to enhance the program and provide additional resources for participants
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and program management to continuously improve the program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Program Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or education
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and program evaluation
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team and effectively manage and motivate staff and volunteers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and ability to create an inclusive learning environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
