Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
Create and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and control costs
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products
Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs to optimize productivity
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet financial targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make proactive business decisions
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to staff
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations
Demonstrated experience in driving sales and increasing revenue
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and develop a team
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required
