Job Title: Professional Services Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Professional Services Consultant to join our team. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exemplary service to our clients and ensuring their success with our products and services. You will be responsible for delivering technical expertise, project management, and consultative services to our clients, while also collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on the utilization of our products and services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and develop custom solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Deliver high-quality technical services, including implementation, configuration, and training of our products, to ensure successful adoption and usage by clients.
• Lead project planning, scoping, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to identify and address client needs and opportunities for business growth.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations to clients.
• Continuously gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into service offerings to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Project Management.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software implementation, configuration, and training processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in problem-solving and providing creative solutions to complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as Agile methodologies and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites, up to 25%.
