Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Curriculum Coordinator. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and implementation of educational programs that align with our company's mission and goals. You will work closely with various departments to review, update, and improve existing curricula, as well as develop new programs to meet the changing needs of our students. This position requires a strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and review curriculum materials for various educational programs.
• Review and update existing curricula to ensure alignment with industry standards, company objectives, and student needs.
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum review process to ensure all materials are up-to-date and reflect current educational standards.
• Work closely with teachers and trainers to provide guidance and support in the implementation of instructional materials and strategies.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for teachers and trainers to ensure effective delivery of curriculum materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records of curriculum materials, including revisions, updates, and usage.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in education technology and incorporate new tools and resources into curriculum design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design principles, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience in using education technology tools and platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and educational trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
