Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative and engaging curriculum for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, activities, and multimedia content.
Evaluate existing curriculum and make necessary revisions and updates to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education and instructional design, and incorporate them into curriculum development.
Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify training needs and make recommendations for new or improved curriculum.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to source additional educational resources and materials.
Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum through data analysis and feedback from instructors and learners, and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new educational initiatives and programs.
Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials for educational programs.
Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in technology and instructional methods, and make recommendations for their integration into curriculum.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
Proven experience in instructional design and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia.
Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
