Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop interactive, multimedia learning materials using a variety of instructional design methodologies
• Create engaging and effective assessments to measure the success of the training programs
• Utilize adult learning principles to ensure the training materials are relevant and engaging for our target audience
• Incorporate instructional technologies, such as e-learning, videos, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct thorough research and stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality training materials
• Develop and maintain training documentation, including course outlines, lesson plans, and facilitator guides
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and developers, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing training program
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of instructional technologies and their application in training programs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
