Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Director to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including but not limited to menu planning, budgeting, staffing, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative and profitable food and beverage strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
• Plan and create menus that reflect current food trends and cater to our diverse clientele
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to create promotional offers and packages to increase revenue
• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports for food and beverage operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and maintain budgets and financial reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
