About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Pilot to join our team. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for operating aircraft and safely transporting passengers and cargo to various destinations. You will work closely with our flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
• Communicate with air traffic control to obtain clearance for take-off, landing, and changes in flight path
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans accordingly
• Navigate the aircraft using instruments and visual references
• Communicate with passengers regarding safety procedures and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
• Coordinate with ground staff for loading and unloading of cargo and baggage
• Keep accurate records of flight logs, crew duty times, and maintenance reports
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations
• Uphold the company's safety standards and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pilot
• Excellent flying skills and knowledge of aviation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel frequently
• Physically fit and able to pass medical exams
• Clear criminal record and drug test
