Job Description: EternalPeace Funeral is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pre-Need Counselor to join our team. As a Pre-Need Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families by helping them plan for one of life's most difficult moments - the loss of a loved one. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and has a strong sales background to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss and plan for their future funeral arrangements
• Explain the benefits and options of pre-planning and pre-funding funeral services
• Provide guidance and support to clients in making difficult decisions
• Conduct presentations and seminars to educate the community on the importance of pre-planning
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses to generate leads and increase sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in funeral service regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the funeral service industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and understanding towards clients' needs and emotions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Knowledge of funeral service regulations and procedures is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
