As a Detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and precise inspections of our products and services to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or imperfections and communicate them to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to clean, buff, and polish surfaces to perfection
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain the quality and appearance of our products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment and tools are in proper working condition
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for product and service detailing
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in detailing techniques and products to continuously improve our processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification in detailing or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in detailing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve any imperfections or defects
• Proficient in using a variety of detailing tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
