Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring high-quality food and drinks are served, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall food and beverage operations of the establishment.
• Manage and train a team of employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of high quality and meet company standards.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory levels, and ordering to maximize profitability.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards for all food and beverage operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute promotional events to increase revenue.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and changes to food and beverage offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
