Job Title: Textile Production Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Textile Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Textile Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of textile products from start to finish. This includes managing the production schedule, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile production and a proven track record of successfully managing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules for all textile products, including setting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best materials and pricing for production
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that all production meets design specifications and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to track production progress and address any issues that may arise
• Oversee quality control processes, including conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are available for production as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure that production aligns with company goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in textile production techniques and technologies
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Production Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile production, preferably in a coordinator or management role
• Strong knowledge of textile materials and production processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel as needed for supplier visits and production inspections
