Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of .NET developers and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop technical solutions

Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and systems using C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Ensure the timely delivery of software projects within budget and scope

Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and trends and bring new ideas to improve the development process

Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize project deliverables

Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Proven track record in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for technology
