Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Experience with budget management and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
