Are you passionate about science education? Do you have experience in coordinating and managing educational programs? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Science Education Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our science education programs. You will work closely with the program director and other team members to ensure the success and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate science education programs for students of all ages, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and activity design.
• Collaborate with schools and community organizations to establish partnerships and promote the programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Manage program budgets and funding, including grant applications and reporting.
• Plan and organize program events, such as science fairs and field trips.
• Conduct program evaluations and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand the programs.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in science education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating and managing educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of science education principles, standards, and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using technology for program development and management.
