Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning materials for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to create high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a strong background in instructional design principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and training needs for various departments and roles within the organization.
• Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, videos, and other learning materials using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of learning materials.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other multimedia software to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all learning materials to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing training programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development of e-learning courses.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and learning management systems.
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
