Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design online courses that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Develop and implement instructional design strategies that cater to different learning styles and engage learners.
Utilize various technologies and tools to create interactive and engaging course content, including videos, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
Ensure all learning materials are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for learners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online learning to continuously enhance our courses and learning strategies.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the overall quality of courses, including content, design, and functionality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for online courses and programs.
Monitor and analyze course performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Provide technical support to learners and address any issues or concerns related to the online learning platform.
Assist in training and onboarding new instructors and facilitators for online courses.
Maintain strong relationships with instructors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of online courses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or online course creation.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in creating and delivering online training for a diverse audience.
Familiarity with learning management systems and online learning platforms.
