Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning experiences for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and effective training programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and gather content for training programs
• Design and develop innovative and engaging learning materials including e-learning modules, interactive videos, webinars, and instructor-led training materials
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and efficient learning experiences
• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Implement best practices and instructional design standards to ensure high-quality training programs
• Use various authoring tools and software to develop and deliver training content
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback and make necessary revisions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design to enhance learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Proficient in instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Advanced technical skills with experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia
• Experience in creating engaging and interactive e-learning modules and instructor-led training materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design
