Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify areas for improvement in our production processes.
Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to develop and implement process improvements.
Create and maintain production standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for all processes, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Utilize data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our processes and operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with process mapping and process improvement tools such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and kaizen events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
